1 Watson has a rich history, dating back to the 1800s. It is said the “1Watson” name is traced to an 1883 poker game in which a gunfighter named Thompson, known to have a foul temper, won a $200 marble tombstone from a stonecutter named Watson, who rightfully feared his sudden demise. It was the “1” and only time Thompson ever accepted anything other than cold, hard cash as winnings, but the silver-tongued Watson convinced him. As fate would have it, Thompson himself died in a shootout a few months later, and Watson’s tombstone is said to mark the site of his grave today.
Our Food

Reservations are encouraged, but we will only be reserving half of the restaurant on a nightly basis. Walk-ins are always available for the remaining seats. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. Preference of seating for indoors and outdoors is taken into consideration, but not guaranteed. Please note, we are a 21+ establishment after 9pm. Physical Valid ID's (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID) must be presented at the door to enter our establishment, regardless of having a reservation.
Parties of 8 and above are automatically subject to a gratuity of 18%.
Checks may be split up to a maximum of 6 ways. Please see your server before ordering.
